Cancellation Policy

We handle cancellations and changes in accordance with the policy below.

Cancellation fees

For cancellations or rescheduling, the following fees may apply:

• Cancel/change after 17:00 on the day before: cancellation fee applies
• Same-day cancel/change: cancellation fee applies

Treatment	Fee
Standard treatments	JPY 3,000 (JPY 3,300 incl. tax)
Doctor procedures / Art makeup	50% of the treatment fee

How to cancel or reschedule

• Please contact us via LINE or phone.
• You can also cancel or reschedule via the online booking system.
• Messages outside business hours will be handled on the next business day.

Late arrivals

• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, it may be treated as a no-show.
• Your treatment time may be shortened due to lateness; the fee remains the same.
• If you are significantly late, we may be unable to provide treatment.

Subscription cancellation

• Please request cancellation at least 7 days before your next renewal date.
• If the deadline is missed, the next month will be billed.
• No prorated refunds for mid-month cancellation.
• Unused sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.

Refunds

• Refunds after treatment are generally not available.
• Some services may be non-refundable even before treatment.
• For early termination of course contracts, please consult our staff.
