Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided on this website by Ledian Clinic ("Clinic"). By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Clinic regarding use of the services.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Registration is completed when the applicant applies by the method designated by the Clinic and the Clinic approves such application.
  2. The Clinic may refuse registration without disclosing the reason if the applicant falls under any of the following:
    • False information is provided during application.
    • The applicant has previously violated these Terms.
    • Any other case where the Clinic deems registration inappropriate.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

  1. Users shall pay the fees displayed on this website by the method specified by the Clinic (credit card payment).
  2. Charges are confirmed on the day you start using the service through the HADA LOUNGE application and register your credit card. Please check your card’s billing cycle.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the services:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal activities
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the Clinic’s servers or network functions
  • Acts that may disrupt operation of the services
  • Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
  • Impersonation of others
  • Providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the services
  • Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Clinic

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

  1. The Clinic may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services without prior notice if it deems any of the following applies:
    • Maintenance or updates of systems
    • System or communication failures due to accidents
    • Natural disasters or force majeure
    • Any other case where provision of the services is difficult
  2. The Clinic shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred due to such suspension.

Article 6 (Restriction and Cancellation of Registration)

  1. The Clinic may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice if the user violates these Terms, provides false information, or if the Clinic deems use inappropriate.
  2. The Clinic shall not be liable for damages arising from actions taken under this article.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Clinic shall be exempt from liability for non-performance unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  1. Even if the Clinic is liable, it shall only be liable within the scope of ordinary damages and, for paid services, up to the amount equivalent to one month of the service fee.
  2. The Clinic is not responsible for any disputes between users and third parties related to the services.

Article 8 (Changes to Services)

The Clinic may change or discontinue the services without notice and shall not be liable for resulting damages.

Article 9 (Amendments)

The Clinic may amend these Terms at any time without notice if it deems necessary.

Article 10 (Notices)

Notices between the user and the Clinic shall be made by the method designated by the Clinic.

Article 11 (No Assignment)

Users may not assign their contractual position or rights/obligations under these Terms to a third party without prior written consent of the Clinic.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Clinic’s head office.
